Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team via our online contact form or email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to our facility.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before mailing it to our California warehouse.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
